Welcome to the 2009-10 season where we are well positioned with a great squad of players and the full support of some of the clubs most senior coaches.

We have a lot of challenging fixtures this season both friendly and county league games against some good local clubs

Please be punctual for training sessions and as the weather gets colder have plenty of warm clothes for both training and match weekends.

Occasionally we will need help in the kitchen and bar when we have guest teams so please volunteer as it makes life heaps easier than chasing you around

Please confirm availability for all sessions as it helps the coaches organise training sessions and have a strong team for matches

If you have any mates who either play rugby or want to play please bring them along
